Triathlon Training Program
A great course for triathlon competitors from beginner level to advanced. This twice-a-week class runs over 2 months, giving you a great opportunity to work closely with our experienced and knowledgeable instructors. Our instructors will break down your running, cycling, and swimming techniques to give you tips on individual exercises and transitions while sharpening your mental approach as well.
January 10th – March 16th
Tuesdays from 6 p.m. – 7 p.m.
Thursdays from 7:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
