Pearce would like to recognize Sheila Bauswell as our September Employee of the Month!
After retiring from her 22-year career at the Peoria County Sheriff’s Office, Sheila joined our Pearce team! She joined our Pearce team because she wanted to work in a place where the people are happy to be!
Sheila has been one of our faithful 5 am Front Desk Attendants since she started this spring. She states that her favorite part of working at Pearce is, “The people – members and staff!”
When asked about Sheila her supervisor states, “Sheila is a true team player that is always willing to cover shifts when needed and genuinely loves to talk with our members and staff!”
In her free time, you will find her either baking delicious goodies or reading. She loves reading mystery and suspense novels. She also loves spending time with her 11-year-old dog Georgie Girl and 6 cats – Stormy, Guppy, Gabby, Fezzits, and Nora – all of them are rescues!
