Pearce would like to recognize Josh Williams as our October Employee of the Month!
Josh joined our team 2 years ago as a Summer Camp Counselor and recently also signed on as a Swim Instructor.
He had previous experience with childcare and thought those skills would transfer well to being a summer camp counselor to earn some extra income during the summer months.
In his free time, Josh likes to hang out with friends, play video games and go hiking. He recently adopted a 2-year-old mixed breed dog named Ekko and he also has a snake named Visenya (9.5).
Josh’s favorite part about working at Pearce is his fun, amazing coworkers and the members.
When asked about his favorite/most amusing members at Pearce – Josh says “The other Williams family because Homer & Charlie are the funniest duo ever!”
Three words that could be used to describe Josh are: responsible, social and exhausted.
Her favorite saying is “Not all who wander are lost.”
In his current role as a swim instructor, Josh hopes that the kids see his confidence and love for being in the water so that they may have a safe, yet fun experience during his swim lessons.
Something you may not know about Josh is that he was almost cast as a lead role in a TV series.
He prefers books over movies – his favorite book is “The Perks of Being a Wallflower.”
