October Employee of the Month
Pearce would like to recognize Matt Storti as our October Employee of the Month!
Matt has been an employee of Pearce for around 12 years. He is one of our most loved Swim Instructors. He concentrates on Level 3 swim students and our Swim Club students.
Matt is semi-retired from Caterpillar and works for the City of Chillicothe, part-time in the Summer.
Fun fact about Matt is that he swam for his high school and college teams.
When Matt is not working or swimming, he enjoys doing puzzles, yard work and reading books. Is favorite is Wicked.
An inspirational thought Matt lives by is No matter how it looks from here, it looks fabulous from the moon!
Three words Matt says describe him is: A Little Crazy 🙂
Matt’s true passion is teaching young and old to be safe in and around water.
Something people may not know about Matt according to Matt is, “I’m older than you think”!
