Pearce would like to recognize Tiffany Radosevic as our November Employee of the Month!
Tiffany has been working at Pearce for 2 1/2 years at our Front Desk. She has also worked in our Kids Club as a Kids Club Attendant. This fall, Tiffany has been helping in the office area with memberships and youth programs. Prior to Pearce, Tiffany worked at Mt. Hawley Country Club and says Pearce has a similar feel with all the members and families that come in and out daily.
Tiffany truly enjoys working at Pearce! She says, “My favorite part of working at Pearce is making connections with all the children and their families. I love being close to home and being able to have my own kids enjoy so many activities and leagues at Pearce, as well as getting to have my own kids visit me every now and again 🙂
Tiffany enjoys spending time with her husband, Matt and her children Max (12), Addison (7) and Samantha (4) and their 14 year old Min Pin, Whinnie Cooper.
Tiffany describes herself as friendly, hardworking and loyal. Members frequently comment on how friendly and bubbly Tiffany is and how she gives great customer service to our members and non members alike.
A quote/thought Tiffany enjoys is “Life is a dance, you learn as you go”! Tiffany loves movies or a good series to watch. Her favorite is The Notebook.
A fun fact about Tiffany is that she learned to drive with a manual transmission “stick shift” and taught all her friends too. So fun!
