Delaney Stoecker is one of our amazing After Care and Summer Camp counselors here at Pearce, and we’re so excited to celebrate her as Employee of the Month for May!
Before joining the team, Delaney was actually a member herself. She grew up coming to Pearce and always remembers how kind and welcoming the staff were—which made it extra special when she was offered a job one day while in the gym!
When she’s not at Pearce, Delaney loves to shop, tan, and travel. She’s also a proud dog mom to Sage
Her favorite quote comes from one of our younger campers, Atley, who once said that “Delaney is her favorite counselor” —and honestly, that says it all.
Delaney’s favorite part about working at Pearce is Summer Camp. She loves the bonds she builds with both the kids and her fellow counselors. She even says her favorite “members” are her coworkers Tatiana, Kyra, and Claire because they make work so much fun and help the days fly by.
If you ask others to describe Delaney, you’ll likely hear energetic, confident, and ambitious. She hopes to continue bringing a positive attitude to Pearce and help create a safe, welcoming space for all children.
A fun fact you might not know? Delaney did tumbling for 7 years!
