May Employee of the Month
Pearce would like to recognize Taylor Moore as our May Employee of the Month!
Taylor joined our team as the Rentals & Events Coordinator a little over a year ago. Prior to that, she owned and operated a wedding planning business for five years and gained valuable experience working at I Do Events.
Taylor says her favorite part of working at Pearce is the friendly atmosphere-she had always noticed how welcoming everyone was and knew it would be a great place to work.
In her free time, Taylor enjoys reading, working out, and spending time with her family, when she’s not busy caring for her 9-month-old, that is! On nice days, she loves being outside and going for walks.
When asked if she has any favorite members at Pearce – Taylor says the gentlemen who hang out in the member’s lounge and always ask how her daughter is. It always makes her day!
Three words that could be used to describe Taylor are: dedicated, organized, and approachable.
Taylor has four pets: Snoopy (cat-10 years old), Rogan (dog-6years old), Leroy (cat-6 years old) and Olive (dog-1.5 years old).

When asked what she hope to bring to Pearce each day in her role, Taylor shared, “I hope to build the Events side of Pearce and continue to build strong relations with both our members and my coworkers.”
