Pearce would like to recognize Abby Neal as our May Employee of the Month!
Abby has been with Pearce for 8 months as one of our Camp Counselors. While Abby has only been employed for 8 months, Abby has been volunteering in our Summer Camp program for over 2 years!
Abby chose to join our Pearce team after being a “camper” in Pearce’s Summer Camp and After School program since she was in Kindergarten! Once Abby aged out of the program, she became a Junior Counselor (volunteer) in our programs.
Abby enjoys being a role model for the kiddos in our programs. She enjoys watching them build friendships and bonds with each other.
In her free time, Abby likes hanging out with her friends and working out at Pearce! She has one fish, Diego, which is one.
Fun facts about Abby: She has siblings in their 30’s. She does not like white chocolate and she enjoys romantic and mystery movies.
When asked, Abby describes herself as kind, funny and energetic.
