Pearce would like to recognize Matt Storti as our March Employee of the Month!
We’re excited to spotlight one of our dedicated team members, Matt Storti!
Matt has been an Aquatics Instructor at Pearce Community Center for around 15 years!
A lifelong swimmer, Matt competed in high school and college, continued swimming in Masters, and has previously coached swim teams. His years of experience and passion for aquatics make him an incredible asset to our team and the families we serve.
His favorite part of working at Pearce is watching kids improve and learn new things in the water. Whether it’s building confidence, refining technique, or reaching a new milestone, Matt loves being part of their progress.
Outside of work, Matt enjoys doing puzzles, going on walks, and tending to his yard.
One quote that continues to inspire him comes from his collegiate swim coach:
“Keep swimming, you’re not out of deep water yet!”
Coworkers would describe Matt as gregarious, goofy, and steady, qualities that make him not only a fantastic instructor but also a valued member of our staff.
