Pearce would like to recognize Susan and Henry Fike as our June Members of the Month!
Susan and Henry have been members of Pearce since May 2021. Susan is the General Manager of American Tire Distributors and Henry is finishing up 2nd grade at South School.
Susan joined Pearce a few years ago because she was looking for a solid, reliable summer care program for Henry after just moving to the area.
Susan says, “I really enjoy Pearce because of all they have to offer! We’re very fortunate to have a great community center with excellent fitness rooms, a pool, leagues for kids and after-school programs”.
Henry loves Pearce just as much as his mom, Susan! Henry participates in the Before & After School program as well as the Summer Camp program. He participated in his first Basketball League this winter and had a blast! Henry also enjoys taking swimming lessons during the school year.
In their free time, Susan loves to garden and sew. Henry loves to help in the garden and build Legos. We both enjoy helping out at the family farm! Henry’s favorite chore is taking care of Grandma’s 200 chickens!
Advice Susan would give to other Pearce members is, “If you’re not sure if something is possible, or have a question, just ask a staff member! They are all so very helpful and friendly and willing to find the answer for you”!
