Pearce would like to recognize Tyler Lauber as our July Employee of the Month!
We’re excited to recognize Tyler Lauber as our Employee of the Month! Tyler has been a valued part of the Pearce team for one year, serving as a summer and school year counselor. His journey with Pearce began long before he joined our staff because Tyler was once a camper himself and fondly remembers looking up to his camp counselors. Inspired by those experiences, he now strives to provide the same positive, memorable impact for today’s campers.
In his free time, Tyler enjoys hanging out with friends and playing basketball, soccer, and golf. He has two pups, Lulu and Duke. One fun fact many may not know about Tyler is that he can do a double front flip on a trampoline! When asked whether he prefers books or movies, Tyler answered movies; with Pirates of the Caribbean topping his list of favorites.
Tyler’s favorite quote is, “I can do all things through Him who gives me strength” – Philippians 4:13. His favorite part of working at Pearce is watching the kids have fun and grow as individuals.
Three words to describe Tyler: friendly, dependable, and trustworthy. He hopes to continue being someone the kids can count on every single day.
Oh, and if you’re wondering who Tyler finds most amusing at Pearce, it’s his Grandmother, who never misses a chance to stop and chat with him and the kids during her visits to Pearce.
