Pearce would like to recognize Abby Neal as our January Employee of the Month!
Meet Abby Neal, our Front Desk Attendant here at Pearce Community Center! Abby has been a valued member of the Pearce Community Center team for a total of five years, spending four years as a camp counselor and one year at the front desk. When asked what made her want to join the Pearce staff, Abby said she joined the team because she has always had a passion for working with kids.
Outside of working at Pearce, Abby enjoys sewing, shopping, and hanging out with friends. Abby’s favorite part of working at Pearce is putting a smile on members’ faces and making a positive impact on people.
When asked what she hopes to bring to Pearce, Abby says she hopes to bring positive energy and to help others in any way she can. Abby also hopes to continue helping people in the future by becoming an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
Some people may describe Abby as kind, patient, and bubbly and we could not agree more!
