Pearce would like to recognize Victor Schwiderski as our January Employee of the Month!
Victor has been with Pearce for eleven months as one of our Building Attendants. Victor chose to join our Pearce team because he wanted to join a great place to work that is so close to home. In addition, he wanted to meet new people and give back to his community. Victor states that his favorite part about working at Pearce is the great members and staff that he interacts with each day, Victor states, “I enjoy talking with everyone and getting to know more people every day I work.”
When asked about Victor his co-workers state, “Victor is a laid back, hard-working and reliable employee. He will always help out when needed and is a joy to work with!” Victor’s favorite saying is “Life is peachie“. We enjoy Victor’s positive, relaxing and calm view of life.
In his free time, Victor can be found playing cards with family and friends or at the bowling alley bowling with friends. He also enjoys watching Western movies. He loves being home with family which includes two dogs, Chi Chi (14 years) and Axle (9 years). If asked, he’ll show you pictures of his pups!
