Women On Weights, is a fitness class specifically designed to teach women the essential foundation of strength training and proper lifting technique. Women on Weights will provide more curve, more capability, and more confidence. Personal Trainer Stephanie Tomlinson will lead this class in the fitness room.

This is an introductory course that will enhance weightlifting understanding and ability for all levels. The full-body exercises focus heavily on proper technique for barbell lifts.
