Women On Weights is a fitness class specifically designed to teach women the essential foundation of strength training and proper lifting technique. Women on Weights will provide more curve, more capability, and more confidence.
This is an introductory course that will enhance weightlifting understanding and the ability for all levels. The full-body exercises focus heavily on proper technique for barbell lifts.
