Women On Weights, is a fitness class specifically designed to teach women the essential foundation of strength training and proper lifting technique. Women on Weights will provide more curve, more capability, and more confidence.
This is an introductory course that will enhance weightlifting understanding and ability for all levels. The full-body exercises focus heavily on proper technique for barbell lifts.
Info night will be held in the Pearce Strong Room on September 2nd from 5:30-6:00 pm. Get to know your instructor and the layout of the class, whole familiarize yourself with our weight room with a relaxed, educational environment.
