Cycling Classes

Pearce Cycling is a journey to health and fitness, an opportunity for you to not only experience an incredible training program but also a personal challenge, camaraderie, and energy—all at your own pace. Hop on one of our 14 new state-of-the-art Matrix IC7 indoor cycles. The IC7’s pioneering design and functionality are due largely to innovative two-stage drivetrain, engineering breakthrough that empowers next generation looks, the market’s most accurate (+/-1%) direct WattRate® Power meter, 100-level precision magnetic resistance, and patent-pending Coach By Color® training console, a fully self-powered console that vividly displays the user‘s WattRate® (Power) or heart rate to them and the instructor in five-colored zones.

Cycling is limited to 13 participants and is included FREE in your Pearce membership.

Les Mills RPM

RPM is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and you can burn up to 675 calories a session**.
Your instructor will take you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints, and flat riding. In an RPM workout, you repeatedly spin the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your fitness level over time. It’s a journey, not a race!!

Non-member: $10 day pass for 15 years or older
