Fitness on Demand

Fitness on Demand is a virtual fitness program available in our Group Fitness Room when there are no instructor-led classes in session. Throughout the week, we have a variety of virtual classes scheduled, but we also offer times where you can choose your own. With over 250 virtual classes to choose from, Fitness on Demand is a convenient solution to anyone who cannot attend group classes, or anyone who prefers a private workout.
