Pearce would like to recognize Michele Wyrick as our February Employee of the Month!
Michele has been a wonderful addition to the Pearce team, and in just 7 months as one of our building attendants, she has already made a big impact. Before joining Pearce, Michele retired from Local 649 Operating Engineers after an impressive 30-year career. As a Pearce member herself, she noticed we were hiring one day and the rest is history!
When she’s not at work, Michele loves spending time with her family, friends, and her rescue dog, Zoey. Zoey is 3 years old, and after a year together, Michele proudly says she’s her shadow. Living by the river, Michele enjoys relaxing on her patio and soaking in the peaceful outdoor views.
Michele’s favorite part of working at Pearce is meeting new people and connecting with her coworkers. If you ask around, you might hear her described in three words: loyal, helpful, and loud, and she proudly owns all three! Michele hopes to bring a friendly, welcoming atmosphere to everyone who walks through our doors, making Pearce feel like home from the moment they arrive.
Something you might not know about Michele is that she was born in Saskatchewan, Canada, and lived there until she was 11 years old. She’s also a fan of a true classic—To Kill a Mockingbird is both her favorite book and movie.
