Pearce would like to recognize Randie Kocher as our February Employee of the Month!
Randie joined us in November 2023 as our Membership Manager and recently transitioned to our Finance Manager in October 2024.
She had held several jobs in the Administrative/Finance fields and was looking for full-time work with a reasonable commute when she joined Pearce’s team.
In her free time, Randie enjoys getting lost in a good book, helping on her family farm, horseback riding and traveling.
Randie’s favorite part about working at Pearce is that no day is ever the same and after several years of working solo in an office, she enjoys being around our members and guests.
When asked if she has any favorite members at Pearce – Randie said Terry Bobell because when he says, “Glad you got to see me”, as it brings up fond memories of her Grandpa as that was a phrase he often used.
Three words that could be used to describe Randie are dedicated, hardworking, & passionate.
One of Randie’s favorite quotes is, “Be yourself; everyone else is already taken.” — Oscar Wilde.
Something you may not know about Randie is that when you are around her, you are in the presence of royalty (tiara and all). She was the Michigan State Lassie Queen, representing the Shorthorn breed of (beef) cattle.
When asked, do you prefer books or movies, Randie enjoys both, except when they turn books into movies, rarely does the movie live up to the book…
