Pearce would like to recognize Slade Carter as our December Employee of the Month!
Meet Slade Carter, our Building Supervisor here at Pearce Community Center! Slade has been a valued member of the Pearce Community Center team for over two years. You will find Slade bright and early at Pearce Community Center as he enjoys the early morning shift. When asked, what made you want to join the Pearce staff, Slade said “I joined the team because I was here almost every day anyway working out and a fellow employee suggested I apply. I am happy I did because I enjoy working here!”
Outside of working at Pearce or working out at Pearce, Slade enjoys collecting cars, real and diecast. He also enjoys his three cats: Ma (2), Mini (2), and Hazel (10).
Slade’s favorite part of working at Pearce is running into people he knows that he hasn’t seen in a while. He finds Kenny Curry to be the most amusing member here at Pearce. He always asks Slade how to become the next Member of the Month.
When asked what he hopes to bring to Pearce, Slade says he values providing a clean and well-maintained facility to the community.
Slade would describe himself as hardworking and dependable and we could not agree more!
