This water-based fitness class is choreographed to music. It is geared towards all ability levels to help improve range of motion, muscle strength, and cardiovascular endurance. Participants will work with both water dumbbells and noodles for a low-impact, total body workout.
This upbeat, fast-paced water fitness class promotes cardiovascular health through repetitive full-body movements. Participants will integrate water dumbbells to increase the intensity level of the exercises. All abilities are encouraged to attend and work at their own level.
