April Employee of the Month
Pearce would like to recognize Jennifer Praul as our April Employee of the Month!
Jennifer is a valued member of our team who works at the front desk and also serves as a swim instructor.
From the moment she joined Pearce, she was drawn in by the incredibly kind people and the fun, welcoming atmosphere, and now she helps create that same experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
Whether she’s greeting members at the front desk or teaching in the pool, Jennifer brings energy, positivity, and professionalism (with a fun twist!) to everything she does.
Her favorite part of working at Pearce is simple, the people. She loves being surrounded by such a supportive community and enjoys building connections with both members and staff.
Outside of Pearce, Jennifer enjoys spending time doing water activities, hitting the golf course, and traveling to visit her family.
