Join Pearces’s New year’s Weight Loss Challenge
January 7 – March 12, 2020

Friends, family, celebrations, and food, food, and more food. Getting through the holidays without gaining weight is almost impossible with so many opportunities to over-indulge.

Pearce has put together a 10-week Weight Loss Challenge to help you recover from the holidays and set a fit course for 2020.

Our certified personal trainers will provide basic nutrition guidance and tips as well as a cross training fitness program using strength and cardio training to help you shed the most weight to win the challenge.

What a great way to jump start your new year’s weight loss goals!

Contestants meet with a trainer for one hour twice each week.

6:30pm – 7:30pm Tuesdays & Thursdays Stephanie Tomlinson

Cost:$225 for Foundation members; $300 for members; $375 for non-members.
